YOGA BEATS

This class is an Ashtanga Yoga influenced class that uses several of the traditional postures to produces intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies the muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body and a calm mind. We take this method of yoga that involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures and teach you how to let it flow to the latest beats. Join us for the best hour of your day, as you build and strengthen your practice. Leave feeling strong, clear and ready to take on whatever the city has in store for you.

YOGA BEATS N YIN

This class blends Yoga Beats and Yin yoga poses to deeply stretch the connective tissues of the body,with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.Yin is a slow paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time, as you open and lengthen tight muscles.

YOGA ABS

Introducing "yoga abs" this is not to be mistaken for a yoga class. This is 30 minutes of hardcore ab work using yoga poses that will directly tone, shape and shed belly fat; giving you the core you've been looking for!

Yoga Fit

Intersted in growing your practice?This is the perfect class for you. The teacher practices along with the class, as we flow through some of the more challenging poses. In class you will work up a detoxifying fat busting sweat. Meanwhile you will gain supreme strength,balance,flexibility and muscle tone. This is a great way to begin your day.

Note: Each class teaches the importance of breath with movement while focusing on the meditative state necessary to increase performance at intense levels. Music is used to bring the student to the moment. The beats,lyrics and volume is strategically used to heighten the energy in the room. This moving meditation brings you to a physical and mental edge. Daily putting you at the center of victory and defeat. Learning if you dig through the layers of frustration,you'll find that strength with each breath makes defeat unfathomable.
