Day 2 of the Transform Your Lifestyle weekend is Jamel’s T.R.A.P. Day, a powerful 12-hour immersive experience rooted in Trust, Reveal, Accept, and Practice. This day offers transformative workshops and reflective exercises designed to challenge you, foster empathy, and encourage vulnerability. Through these challenges, perspectives will be shaped and new depths of personal growth will be reached. Lunch and snacks will be provided to keep you nourished as you engage fully with this impactful day.

Day 3 of the Transform Your Lifestyle weekend brings a powerful and uplifting conclusion to your journey. The day’s activities include a 3-hour meditation, a 3-hour yoga session, and a 3-mile Walk of Gratitude, each designed to deepen your sense of growth and connection. After completing the walk, the weekend culminates in a joyful celebration with friends and family, honoring both your personal transformation and the meaningful relationships built along the way.

Overview of Themes
Four virtual meetups designed to delve into a distinct aspect of the TRAP Method, featuring engaging lectures, interactive exercises, and hands-on workshops.
1. Trust Day April 26th 8am-12 Pm
Focus: Build resilience and establish trust in oneself.
Activities:
Morning lecture on “The Power of Trust in Yoga and Life.”
Peer Guided Meditation Practice.
Peer sharing circle to reflect on breakthroughs and obstacles encountered during the challenge.
2. Reveal Day May 31st 8am-12pm
Focus: Explore the power of empathy and personal truths and vulnerabilities.
Activities:
Lecture/workshop on “Empathy and Vulnerability.”
Group yoga postures modifications and adjustments.
Discussions aiming to connect your inner truths to others.
Practical takeaway on how to channel revealed truths into their yoga teaching.
3. Accept Day June 28th 8am-12pm
Focus: Cultivate self-compassion and acceptance, turning challenges or shortcomings into growth opportunities.
Activities:
Lecture on “True Acceptance as a Teacher—Your Work in Progress Is Enough.”
Partner yoga exercises to practice shared balance and trust.
Grounding meditation and affirmations.
Closing reflection on how acceptance translates to your teaching style and relationships.
4. Practice Transform Your Lifestyle Weekend July 18-20th
Focus: Synthesize all previous learnings (Trust, Reveal, Accept) into practical applications as a yoga teacher.
Activities:
Group teaching practice with participant feedback.
Fun community-building activities to celebrate progress.
Graduation celebration for participants completing aspects of the training.
